Ae Pilates classes are a contemporary take on the classical method.

They are desingned to help achieve a deep core strength and a balanced body that feels stronger and more flexible.

Total Body 45 is a 45 min workout based on the isometric pulses used in Barre method, and the contrology derived from Pilates and Ballet technique. The class is designed to make you work! 

A full body sculpting workout to music targeting specific muscle groups. The addition of small props such as weights and flex bands can make this class more challenging.

Expect to feel your muscles shake as we target arms, core, legs and those tiny muscles you didn't know you had!

Yoga

Ae Yoga classes are designed to bring a balance of slow flow and challenging sequences leaving you feeling stronger and more connected with your body.

Set to an inspirational playlist, expect to combine yoga flow with influences from dance and barre method.

Ae personal training sessions specialise in a low impact, high intensity exercise format.

A combination of body sculpting methods drawing from Barre, Pilates and Ballet using light weights,flex bands and body weight.

These classes are designed to sculpt and tone with many added benefits including improved balance, coordination flexibility and control.

If you have a passion for Pilates, Yoga or Barre you could also choose to specialise in one of these formats .The session will be unique, designed for you and your fitness goals!
